Barbara has been on staff with the Navigators for 23 years.  She has coached college students, young moms, couples and woman for over two decades.  Helping them process their stories of trauma and relational brokenness. Barbara has co-created Storied Marriages, a small group curriculum with her husband. Through Storied Marriages, she co-leads groups of couples through their individual stories and process how their stories impact their marriage and other relationships.

Barbara attended the Narrative Focused Trauma Care training under the Allender Center as well as training under Larry Crabb and Life Model Works.  She has an understanding of how trauma affects all areas of your life and also how attachment styles affect relationships.
