Meet Brad & Kate Aldrich
Brad & Kate Aldrich have been married for 25 years and have four wonderful kids. It was through God healing their own marriage that Aldrich Ministries, the marriage blog One Flesh Marriage, and the podcast Still Becoming One was born.
Brad is a Pennsylvania Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and both Brad and Kate are Bridges Certified Life Coaches and trained in Narrative Focused Trauma Care through the Allender Center. Together they run marriage groups, speak and write about all things marriage.
Brad and Kate love the chance to coach couples together and offer this special opportunity to couples who feel it would be helpful to have both a male and female voice into their marriage challenges. While this is often combined with some individual sessions, seeing Brad and Kate together can be a way to reignite the passion, communication, and intimacy in your marriage.

2 on 2 Marriage Coaching
Brad and Kate love the chance to work with couples together and bring a unique dual perspective to their marriage coaching, emphasizing the power of understanding how individual stories intertwine and influence relationship dynamics.
They offer couples the valuable opportunity to explore these narratives together, which can uncover the roots of various challenges. Working with both Brad and Kate allows couples to reignite passion, enhance communication, and deepen intimacy, providing a comprehensive approach to strengthening marriages.
Premarital Coaching
Premarital Coaching is unique opportunity designed to help couples start their married life on the right foot. Brad & Kate, are passionate about working with couples to ensure they have a strong foundation for their future together. They are certified in the Prepare & Enrich program, which is a well-respected and widely used premarital assessment tool.
To help couples prepare for their married life, we have created a special package that includes 6 sessions with Brad & Kate, as well as the Prepare & Enrich Assessment. During these sessions, Brad & Kate will work with you to help you identify and address any potential challenges or areas of growth in your relationship, so that you can enter marriage with a solid understanding of each other and a clear plan for success. Sessions with Brad & Kate are regularly $160 per 50 minute session.
