Meet Barbara Case
Barbara has dedicated over 23 years to serving with the Navigators, where she has honed her expertise in coaching a diverse group including college students, young moms, couples, and women.
Barbara has a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate their stories of trauma and relational brokenness. Alongside her husband Mark, Barbara co-created “Storied Marriages,” a transformative small group experience designed to guide couples through understanding how their individual stories impact their marriages and other relationships.
Barbara’s extensive training includes Narrative Focused Trauma Care at the Allender Center, as well as sessions with Larry Crabb and Life Model Works, equipping her with profound insights into how trauma and attachment styles influence all aspects of life. Her approach offers a compassionate, comprehensive understanding of personal and relational healing.

Women's Individual Coaching
Barbara offers individual coaching tailored specifically for women. She provides a compassionate and insightful space for women to explore and process their personal stories, particularly focusing on trauma and relational issues.

Story Work Coaching
Barbara offers story work coaching to explore the narrative of your life and how those stories have impacted your decisions and growth today. Story work is a powerful tool to help you understand how your life has been shaped and changed by the traumas and words that have been spoken over you. Through story work we can learn to reconnect with our own story and how we can coauthor our story with God
Marriage Coaching
Barbara loves to see couples break through the day to day struggles and actually rediscover how to love and care for each other. Her extensive experience around understanding and communicating your story has helped countless couples to reconnect and repair their marriages.

Sessions with Barbara are regularly $90 per 50 minute session.
