Online EMDR Sessions Now Available

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a specialized form of therapy that helps people heal from the emotional distress and physical tension caused by traumatic memories and painful life experiences.

Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR uses bilateral stimulation—often in the form of guided eye movements, tapping, or sounds—to help the brain safely reprocess memories. This reduces their emotional intensity, allowing you to remember what happened without feeling as overwhelmed or “stuck” in the past.

What Makes This Approach Unique

Brad Aldrich combines EMDR with narrative-focused story work, meaning you’re not just reprocessing isolated events—you’re exploring how those events connect to your larger life story. This integrated approach:

  • Creates a sense of safety and attunement before deeper work begins

  • Honors the emotional and relational context of your memories

  • Supports both emotional healing and spiritual growth for those who desire it

  • Helps you connect past pain to present patterns so you can live differently going forward

What to Expect in Online EMDR

The process includes:

  1. Initial consultation – to discuss your goals, history, and readiness for EMDR

  2. Preparation sessions – learning grounding techniques and building safety

  3. Processing sessions – working through targeted memories with guided support

  4. Integration – making sense of the changes you feel and applying them in daily life

These 90-minute sessions are a time to reflect and safely reprocess together.

Brad will provide you with a set of Theatappers (TM), to use during sessions.  The process starts with a block of 10 weekly sessions for $2500*

*This includes a $100 depost which will be returned when the theratappers are returned at the end of treatment.
